Your responsibilities

• Market research & quantitative analysis to size markets and estimate market shares.
• Monitor and predict competitor strategies, activities and market share developments.
• Support evaluating market relevance of innovation, product development and M&A initiatives.
• Present findings to senior leadership, share regular briefings on market trends and competitor activities.
• Participate in industry associations and events, maintainaing regular contact with industry analysts.

Your qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Retail Payments (advantage), or in B2B tech context Strategy, Consulting or Business Development.
• Familiarity with payment card market, major players and related ecosystems is of particular advantage.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and using analytics tools; can derive insights despite uncertainties in data.
• Excellent English communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
• Proven project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
• Ability to work as a strongly empowered individual contributor who can make people follow his advice.
• Initiative-taker, pro-active, outcome-oriented
• Strong conceptualization skills structured and self-organizing.
• Aiming at top quality with context-dependent precision, and reliability regarding details of work
• Strong intercultural skills, passionate for actively building internal and external networks.
