Your responsibilities

• Ensure that the company meets all its financial regulatory requirements.
• Control and oversight of the Finance function: reconciliation jobs, oversight of local operational tasks for LUX and its branches, KPIs and KRIs monitoring.
• Preparation of CSSF periodical reporting and management financial reporting for the entity.
• Budget monitoring, cashflows forecasting.
• Respect of internal procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Spend management control: control payment Tax, VAT, payroll tax and social security.
• Liaise with internal and external audit teams.
• Coordinate with outsourced payroll service providers.
• Work closely with the Luxembourg CEO on different projects.

Your qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification from an internationally recognised body are advantageous;
• At least 3 years of experience of working in a finance function (desirably with a reputed Audit Firm but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of the Luxembourg finance ecosystem and the regulatory requirements (capital, liquidity…)
• Demonstrable experience as a team player within the financial industry (PSP/EMI/Fintech experience is preferred);
• Strong communication skills and exceptional organisation skills, especially under pressure;
• Strong time management skills, attention to detail and ability to self-review and question outputs before sending to stakeholders.
• Competent with MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP tools such as SAGE Intact will be advantageous
