During his long career in UniCredit Group and at Western Union he built a track record in leading portfolios of strategic transformation and commercial growth initiatives while launching and operationalizing regulated new businesses and control frameworks as well as managing and negotiating key payment partnerships and cross-border banking relationships for the benefit of private individuals, SMEs, corporates, supranational organizations and NGOs.
